Country Supply Chain Director
-Orchestrating and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain
operations within the country
-Ensuring that the supply chain functioning seamlessly, efficient and cost-effective – from planning to logistics and warehousing to customer delivery, contributing to the organization's growth ,profitability, and customer satisfaction in the local market and considering safety within all activities
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement a localized supply chain strategy aligned with the organization's global supply chain objectives and strcture
-supports the growth and competitiveness of the company in local market
-Management and further development of the whole supply chain from raw material to the finished product – from planning to logistics and
-warehousing to customer delivery
-Analysis and evaluation of supplier and inventory data for planning,
logistics, warehousing and order processing
-Driving digitalization & sustainability projects
- Control, identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency
- Manage budget and forecast supply chain expenses
-Oversee and ensure safety and well-being of the employees within SCM
Profile/Qualifications
-Leadership experience in supply chain
management, project management and process improvement
-Understanding of local market dynamics ,regulations and industry trends
- Proficient in SAP
-Analytical, problem-solving and decision making skills
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across
functions and with global teams
- Business-oriented degree such
as Economics, Industrial Engineering
or any other degree course relating to the supply chain and logistics fields or more than 5 years relevant experience
- MBA - an advantage
- Ability to work with self-motivation under tight timelines
-Living in the northern region of the country near the plant
-Willingness to travel occasionally
-Fluent in English
